Job Description:
- Form 7 pass or Degree in relevant field will be given preference.
- Proven experience in a sales role, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make informed decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or warehouse teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.
