Job Description:

  • Form 7 Pass or Diploma in relevant field.
  • Experience in a sales role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Supervise and support a team of sales representatives to achieve area sales goals and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to optimize sales efforts.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
