Job Description:

• Diploma/ bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing.
• Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives and technical projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles/ Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical problems related to equipment and processes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency with [Specify software: e.g., CAD Software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), ERP/MES systems, statistical analysis software (Minitab)].
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a part of a cross- functional team.
