Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise end-to-end FMCG warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Plan and manage daily manpower deployment to meet high-volume, fast-moving distribution schedules.
• Conduct and lead daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and variance investigations with corrective action plans.
• Monitor inbound and outbound service levels to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality standards, and company SOPs.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff.
• Enforce discipline, accountability, attendance, and time management across the warehouse team.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, racking systems).
